In a heavy pan, preheat 1-2 inches of oil to temp 350°F.
To make batter, mix 5 Tbsp. Seasoned Flour with egg and water until smooth. In another shallow dish, place more Seasoned Flour for coating.
Dip chopped vegetables in batter, and let excess drip off. Liberally coat with dry Seasoned Flour.
Fry coated vegetables about 2 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Let drain on paper towels. Serve hot with ranch dressing, bleu cheese or your favorite sauce.
Note: Ingredient amounts are approximate. You may also need more or less Seasoned Flour for coating depending on the size of the pieces and amount you are frying.
Try with sliced zucchini, onion rings, eggplant, green beans, cauliflower, mushrooms, or your favorite vegetable.
