Sausage Balls

Yields100 Servings

 2 cups Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour (Can be gluten free by simply substituting Kentucky Kernel Gluten Free Seasoned Flour)
 2 lbs mild sausage
 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients. Form into balls about 1-inch diameter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.


Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.


Remove from cookie sheet when done and allow to drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.


Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.


Serve warm. Cooked sausage balls may be frozen for several weeks. When needed, remove from freezer and heat in warm oven.
