In a large skillet, brown sausage until completely done and no pink remains. Drain all but 2 Tbsp. drippings, if desired.
Add Seasoned Flour to cooked sausage, and stir until sausage is well coated.
Slowly add milk and stir. Simmer until gravy is thick. Add more milk to thin if desired. Serve over freshly baked biscuits.
This method ensures lump-free gravy.
